We strive to make every grooming session smooth and stress-free, and we hope to never have to charge these fees. However, in certain situations where extra time, care, or safety measures are required, a special handling fee may be necessary to ensure the best experience for both your pet and our groomers.

Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule.
