Special Handling Fees
The ones we wish we didn't need!
We strive to make every grooming session smooth and stress-free, and we hope to never have to charge these fees. However, in certain situations where extra time, care, or safety measures are required, a special handling fee may be necessary to ensure the best experience for both your pet and our groomers.
Special Handling Fee ($50+)
Applies to aggressive or difficult pets that require extra time, caution, or a second groomer.
Show-Up & Decline Fee ($75)
Charged if we arrive and you decline grooming after our team has already shown up.
Flea & Tick Van Cleaning ($100)
Covers deep sanitation when fleas or ticks are found to protect all future pets onboard.
Our Cancellation Policy
We do our best to make this as pet friendly as possible!
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule and you avoid any fees.
Cancel 48+ Hours (No Fee)
No fee applies when you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations with 24 Hours ($50)
A $50 fee applies for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
Same Day & No Shows ($75)
A $75 fee applies if you cancel same day or miss your scheduled appointment entirely.
